Mr. Mohit Solanki is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is having rich experience of a decade in the area of corporate valuation, corporate restructuring, finance, taxation and statutory compliances. 

Mr. Mohit Solanki has worked with diversified industry, regulated by different regulators which makes him more versatile.

He also possesses academic degree of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Apart from academics, he also posses practical experience in handling corporate compliances.

He has undergone certified course on Indian Accounting Standard. He has relevant knowledge of implementation of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) in corporate.
